In this trip, we will explore tow different sightseeing places in Mongolia included Mongolian Gobi desert; it is a land of two –humped Bactrian camels and was home of dinosaurs on the sea bottom in ancient times and still have petrified bones and eggs of dinosaurs from 70 million years ago. Explore the land of the horses, unfenced wilderness and natural beauty. Riding a horse helps you to meet locals on a level footing and experience the country as Mongolians have done for centuries.
    Brief itinerary
    Day 1. Arrival in Ulaanbaatar
    Day 2. Drive to Karakorum, Erdenezuu Monastery
    Day 3. Horse riding to Orkhon River starts.
    Day 4. Horse trekking to Uurtiin tokhoi
    Day 5. Horse riding to Tuvkhun Monastery
    Day 6. Continue riding to Orkhon Waterfall
    Day 7. Riding continues to Bat – Ulziit soum. Visit Nomad Family
    Day 8. Drive to Ongi Monastery
    Day 9. Drive to Khongor Sand Dunes. Baynzag (Flamming Cliffs). Hiking
    Day 10. Start camel trekking – Khongor Singing Sand Dunes
    Day 11. Camel trekking continues around Sand Dunes.
    Day 12. Drive to Yollin Am (Vulture Valley)
    Day 13. Drive to Baga Gazrin Chuluu (Rock Formation)
    Day 14. Return to Ulaanbaatar
    Day 15. Departure
    Day 1. Welcome to Ulaanbaatar
    Arrive in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city. Transfer to the hotel. City tour: Sukhbaatar square. Gandan Monastery. Bogd Khaan’s Winter Palace Museum. Choijin Lama Temple Museum. Zaisan Memorial Hill. Overnight in the hotel.
    Day 2. Karakorum
    Drive to Karakorum. Lunch box. In the afternoon arrive in Karakorum, an ancient capital of Great Mongol Empire founded by Chinggis Khaan in the 13th century. Visit Erdenezuu (Hundred Treasures) Monastery, the first Buddhist Monastery in Mongolia. The monastery is surrounded by 400m stone wall with 108 magnificent stupas (Buddhist shrines) and 4 gates.     Day 3. Orkhon River
    Horse riding along Orkhon River, the longest in Mongolia (1120 km). Orkhon Valley Cultural Landscape encompasses an extensive area of pastureland on both banks of the Orkhon River and includes numerous archaeological remains dating back to the 6th century. Enjoy the view of nomads with yaks, sheep, goat and horses through Orkhon valley. Overnight in tent.
    Day 4. Uurtiiin Tokhoi
    Horse trekking to Uurtiin Tokhoi, a cold spring with carbonic gas, which lies at the cheer-sided canyon of the Orkhon River. A small cliff and waterfall are at the mouth of the Khurgan Khurem. Visit nomad family and see some processing of dairy products and distilling of traditional vodka from fermented milk. Overnight in tent.
    Day 5.Tuvkhun Monastery
    Horse trekking continues To Tuvkhun Monastery. In Khangain Nuruu National Park, a rocky mountain hill surrounded by forest. Great sculptor Zanabazar founded the site and lived worked and meditated here for 30 years Overnight in tent.
    Day 6. Orkhon Waterfall
    Horse riding continues to Orkhon waterfall, also called Ulaantsutgalan was formed by a unique combination of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. Overnight in camp.
    Day 7. Nomad family.
    After breakfast, the horse trekking continues to Bat Ulziit soum, Arkhangai province. Here we will meet our driver. Overnight in tent.
    Day 8. Ongi Monastery
    Drive to Ongi Monastery. It is a ruin of big monastery of Bari Yonzon Khamba on the banks of the river Ongi, South Gobi. Overnight in the camp.
    Day 9. Flamming Cliffs, Umnugobi province (South Gobi)
    Drive to Khongor Singing Sand Dunes. On the way, visit to the legendary “Flamming Cliffs “named for the red-sandstone that glows brilliant reddish – orange at sunset. The area holds an amazing number of dinosaur fossils. Overnight in the camp.
    Day 10-11. Khongor Singing Sand Dunes
    Trekking by two humped Bactrian camel in Gobi desert starts today. The trek heading to west of Unnugovi province, Khongor Els guide you to magnificent sceneries: the endless steppe, land-sea, high mountains, rocky cliffs with unique formation and rock paintings. Chance to see wild animals such as ibex, wild sheep, foxes, wolves, vulture, eagles, crown and quail etc. Visit nomads. Overnight in tent.
    Day 12. Yolin Am or Vulture Valley
    Drive to Khankhongor soum. (70 km) after breakfast. Walk around and discover the place famous for its dramatic and very unusual scenery – it is a valley (Vulture Valley) in the middle of the Gobi Desert with meters – thick ice even in middle of the summer. Nature Museum in Three Beauties Mountain of Gobi has a collection of dinosaur eggs and bones, stuffed birds and a snow leopard. Overnight at camp.
    Day 13. Baga Gazrin Chuluu
    After breakfast drive to Adaatsag (260 km), Dundgovi province. Explore Baga Gazriin Chuluu, known as incredible rock formation. Lunch at the camp. You can visit Chinngis Khaan’s grazed horses spot, highest peak-Baga Gazriin Uul (1768 m), which takes 5 hours to climb, a cave with underground lake and the mineral water springs (eye water springs). Overnight at Ger camp.
    Day 14. Ulaanbaatar
    Drive back to UB. City tour in the afternoon: Bogd Khaan’s Winter Palace Musuem. Enjoy folklore: tsam dance – Buddhist religious dancing, contortion, hoomii (throat singing). Farewell dinner. Overnight in the hotel.
